How to delete your account
In the mobile app, follow these exact steps:
Profile → Edit profile → Delete your account
What data is deleted
All user personal data is deleted immediately after account deletion. We do not keep backups of deleted personal data.
What data may remain
Gyms registered by the user are not automatically deleted to avoid losing months of gym operational data.
If a user deletes their account while still owning gyms, those gyms may remain with the previous UID stored as owner. In this edge case, the user must contact support to remove or transfer gym ownership.
